ishop Joseph will administer the sacrament of Confirmation to twelve of our children next
Saturday evening in St. Margaret’s at 6..30 p.m. There will be no vigil mass in Spean, but the bishop will say
mass on Sunday morning in St. Joseph’s at 10 a.m.
We hope that as many as possible will come to the Saturday evening mass to support the children with their
prayers and by their presence. It is a great joy to have the bishop visit his own parish to administer the sacrament to the
children.
I have booked the hall so that we can have a cup of tea after mass, and have the opportunity to have a chat with Bishop
Joseph. I am sure the parents of the children will be grateful for any offering of baking etc towards the evening.
Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your children, and kindle in them the fire of your divine love
