All too soon the Christmas holidays are over, and it is back to school for the children on Monday.

knowing that the battle to save the school has been won, and the future of their education in the village assured. Despite the economic climate, we hope that pressure will continue to be maintained on the members of the education committee to bring our school up to the standard required for the well-being of our children.
The battle was long, and at times seemed lost, but the determination and diplomacy of the committee finally won the day. It was with great joy that we celebrated the victory in Roy Bridge Hall a few weeks before Christmas.

There will be a meeting in the Chapel House this Sunday at 7 p.m to prepare and plan for the Burns Supper on Saturday, 24th January at 8 p.m.
