Earthquake
 Were you wakened about 5.30 a.m. on Friday morning by an earthquake? The epicentre was Glenfinnan, and it marked 3.5 on the Richter Scale. Hope Prince Charlie wasn’t knocked off the top of his monument!














Mary’s Meals: Fund-Raising Evening
A committee was formed by parishioners who met last Sunday to organise a fund-raising event for Mary’s Meals.
 Many good ideas were suggested, and it is hoped that these will contribute to a successful evening to help Magnus MacFarlane-Barrow in his wonderful work of providing meals for over 330,000 hungry children each day in many parts of the world. There will be a big raffle, with some excellent prizes, and tickets will be distributed around the area this coming week.  
 There will also be a supper, with lots of music, a Wheel of Fortune, and many other attractions.
 Please make a note of Saturday, November 8th,  Roy Bridge Hall, 8 p.m. and help us raise lots of money for Mary’s Meals!
