Our new doctor—Peter Sidgwick

Congratulations to Peter Sidgwick on successfully passing his final  medical exams, and is now a doctor. Peter and his fiancée, Aimée Kate Gardiner, called during the week to make arrangements for their wedding on July 26th. We wish the young couple every blessing and happiness in their new life together.

Aimée is an artist and works in Edinburgh. She excels in  portrait painting and sculptures. Peter has decided to specialise in paediatrics, something he always said he wished to do, and has been appointed to the Sick Children’s Hospital in Edinburgh. All the love he lavished on  orphan children in Romania will make him a very sensitive and compassionate doctor in treating babies and children.  We will follow both Peter and Aimée’s careers with great interest.

I am sure Peter’s parents, Richard and Dr Janet, are delighted that medicine is still retained within the family as a profession.
